Who Are We?

Fil-Overseas Employment Services, Inc. (FOESI) is an authorized manpower recruitment agency based in the Philippines. Incorporated in 1981, FOESI specializes in recruitment of Healthcare professionals, Construction, Industrial, Gas & Oil engineers, Aviation personnel, Hotel & Restaurant personnel.

We are a licensed agency. On 1981, FOESI was licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA, site link). As a government-recognized recruitment agency, FOESI has since deployed thousands of professionals and skilled Filipino workers to the United States, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Singapore and Taiwan.

We are experienced. Over the past three decades of its existence, FOESI has done business with numerous clients in five continents. No fewer than 90 overseas businesses have worked with us and received our high level of service. Details of our previous and current clientele can be found in our clients page.

We are visible. FOESI has branches all over the Philippines, including a Main Office in Metro Manila with liaison branches in Zamboanga City and Dumaguete City. Additionally, there are Provincial Employment Coordinators located in Baguio, Dagupan, Cebu, Bohol, Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao, Zamboanga and Cagayan de Oro.
